About Hattori VG10

The VG10 Hattori knife offers high cutting performance. The blade offers a combination of traditional Japanese knife making with the use of modern materials: VG10. (A newly developed High Carbon Molybdenum, Vanadium stainless steel added to increase strength).

Damascus knives

The blades are beautiful, employing a Damascus pattern actually invented by Hattori. Each piece of cutlery is hand engraved with Ichiro Hattori's name and permanently welded with stainless steel bolster.
